Сходство скорее от противостояния: появились дашнаки-явная угроза нашему существованию... вызов приняли мусаватисты - им понадобилось государство только для них-нам пришлось форсировать те же идеи... что-бы не пропасть и т.д. В этом и причины многих наших (у их так же бед) многое форсировалось и предпринималось не тогда когда созревало (государственность и т.д. ), а "в ответ"... :plach:

Что тут обсуждать? Многие до сих пор и влюбляются и женятся. Другой вопрос, что бы у супругов было одинаковое отношение к Богу. Вот без этого ничего не выйдет, с Его помощью все можно, а если на этом уровне возникнет непонимание... то конец.:(

Полностью согласен. Что же касается АСАЛА - то нет... Все политические группы являются как бы "эмбрионами" потенциального государства и как показыввает история "генетика" и на взрослом уровне остается прежней. АСАЛА были люди и Рамиль человек. Если бы Армения получила независимость - то и все АСАЛА без стали б офицерами, по крайней мере в отставке. Но погоны бы никак не изменили их сущность готовую убивать исподтишка людей. А что касается Рамиля то подождем, впрочем правды можем и не узнать вообще... следствие следствием, общую картину обрисовать сможет лишь суд.

Да, но убитые террористами дипломаты тоже не ровестники Талята. Так что это не аргумент. Ключевой пункт тут , что вообще нельзя убивать людей исподтишка....

Parents of Azerbaijani officer say their son cannot be a murderer Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed condolences to the family of Gurgen Margarian, a 26-year-old Armenian Lieutenant, who was reportedly killed by his Azerbaijani counterpart Lt. Ramil Safarov in Budapest, Hungary on Thurs- 21/02/2004 14:06 by Zulfugar Agayev Baku Today Writer A statement released Friday by the Foreign Ministry said, however that the responsibility for the tragic event falls on the Armenian side as the Armenian officer Margarian had repeatedly insulted the 27-year-old Safarov, who is an internally displaced person (IDP) from Azerbaijan’s occupied Jabrail District. The statement pointed out that Safarov’s being an IDP because of Armenia’s occupation of his native district, Jabrail, and also the facts that several of Safarov’s close relatives were killed and his home was burned and looted by Armenian soldiers during the 1991-94 war, might be the reasons leading to the tragic event. The statement expressed hope that the bloody incident will not serve to further worsening of the already tense relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Armenia occupied Azerbaijan’s mainly ethnic-Armenian populated former autonomous region of Nagorno-Karabakh and also its seven administrative districts surrounding the region in 1991-94 war. As a result of the war, 1 million Azerbaijanis, or one-eighth of the total population of the country, were forced to leave their homes in Armenia and also in Azerbaijan’s occupied territories. Though a shaky ceasefire was reached between the warring sides in 1994, the 12-year mediation efforts of the OSCE’s Minsk group to bring a lasting peace to the conflicting neighbors have been fruitless. Hungary's MTI news agency quoted Budapest police officer Valter Fulop as saying that the Azerbaijani military officer entered Margarian’s room early Thursday, stabbing him with a knife to death and then decapitating him with an ax. Safarov and Margarian were both attending an English language course run under the auspices of NATO's Partnership for Peace program in Budapest. Police said the motive of the murder is not clear yet. Safarov has got military education in Turkey. After graduating from a higher military school in Ankara, he was back to Azerbaijan and got a job at Baku’s Higher Military Academy. Lt. Safarov’s parents, who are settled in a student dormitory in Baku’s Binaqadi District after they were forced by the Armenian army to leave their house in Jabrail in 1993, said their son cannot be a murderer. His father, Sahib Safarov, 55, seemed to be irritated for the most part by the reports alleging that his son killed Margarian when the latter was asleep. “This is a lie. If there really had been a conflict between them, my son’s physical and mental c.bilities would have allowed him to answer [the Armenian officer] face to face,” he said. The elder Safarov added that Ramil had not told the family members of any problems with his Armenian classmates while he was in Budapest since 11 January. “He even sent us a phone message just a day before the incident happened and said everything was OK.” The Azerbaijani officer’s mother, Nubar Hasanova, also believes that her son cannot be a human killer. “He has been studying for so many hears,” Hasanova said, her eyes filling with tears. “He had put some goals before himself. I don’t thing that Ramil could have given up his goals so easily by killing that Armenian.” Lt. Safarov’s grandmother, Gulara Mustafayeva, 80, said she knows hundreds of Armenians living in Baku. So, if Ramil really had had a desire to kill an Armenian, he could have done it in Baku, Mustafayeva said. The Armenian Ministry of Deference was quick to blame the government of Azerbaijan on the happening. In a statement released immediately after the incident, the Armenian defense ministry said the murder was a result of a pro-war propaganda agitated by the Azerbaijani authorities. But Ramiz Melikov, the press secretary at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense, said Safarov’s psychological state should be taken into account as he is a victim of the Armenian aggression. Zaver Gafarov, head of the foreign relations department at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Justice, told the Baku Today that if Safarov is found guilty of murdering Margarian and sentenced to prison in Hungary, he can then be extradited to Azerbaijan. On February 19th, 2004, an Armenian officer, Lt. Gurgen Margaryan, was killed in his hostel room at the university campus of Hungarian Defense Ministry in Budapest. Azerbaijani officer, Lt. Ramil Safarov, was detained in the course of investigation by Hungarian authorities. Both officers were participants of the English-language course organized within the framework of NATO’s Partnership for Peace program for the past month. "Immediately following the news of the incident, and without any facts or results of the investigation, both the Armenian Defense Ministry and the Armenian Assembly of America (AAA) issued statements blaming the killing upon the Azerbaijani government," Azerbaijan Society of America (ASA) says in its press release released on Fri- "In its press release from February 19th, AAA called it "a reflection of the belligerence and anti-Armenian mood set by Baku"." On behalf of Azerbaijani-Americans, Azerbaijan Society of America (ASA) says it condemns the murder of the Armenian officer. "At the same time, ASA calls Armenian government and organizations to refrain from further inflammatory and incriminating claims lacking legal, moral and logical basis," the press release futher reads. ASA says the members of AAA shall be reminded that close to 1 million Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs suffer to this day from the Armenian aggression, their homes have been destroyed, relatives murdered, futures dashed by the Armenian occupiers of close to 20% of Azerbaijan. One of such people was Ramil Safarov and his family, who managed to escape death and spend the last 12 years as refugees. Every year, dozens of Azerbaijani military and civilians die from Armenian mines and sniper fire on their own land. "Yet Azerbaijani people remain tolerant and patient to find a peaceful resolution to the conflict over Karabakh," ASA press release said. "And such was the policy pursued by the government of Azerbaijan for years since the 1994 cease-fire agreement." The city itself razed from ground – all in one night, what happened in Khojaly become the single biggest massacre in the policy of ethnic cleansing pursued by the Armenian military. Lack of punishment and reluctance of Armenian authorities and organizations to acknowledge this crime against humanity for 12 years results in disappointment on Azerbaijani side. "In presence of such aggression, refusal to withdraw from illegally occupied lands, the memory of past crimes, and Armenian reluctance for achieving a just peace, it’s at least unrealistic for Armenian government or organizations to call for or expect any kind of reconciliation," ASA said. В принципе есть и причина для пессимизма тоже. Если происшедшее было следствием игр наших разведок, то не мы и никто этого никогда не узнаем... разведки никогда не признаются что шустрили в НАТО, а а само НАТО тоже если докопается - с нами делиться открытиями не станет. Белушка-я как раз и опираюсь чисто на факты-стипендианты Тагиева и "держали" огромный пласт нашей культуры весь век. АДР пригласила не только университет из Тифлиса и персонально многих квалифицированых специалистов (которые потом поколениями работали у нас , знаю потому что среди них были и мои предки). Потом две волны образованных людей - репрессированные и эвакуированные (обе случились по вине обстоятельств, не по заботе об образовании). А Lенин тут вообще непричем. Я не зря привел пример о случае на почте-мы имели при Советах скорее горизонтальый уровень образования (для Союза), а не вертикальный - для республики, что и породило глубокое непонимания между слоями общества в критические годы. Вот возьми мой пример-"культурный урод", мне по языку и культуре комфортнее жить "за бугром", чем там где я родился.... , в моем поколении нас достаточно много:(

Простите, что поздно подошел-только о безграмотности. Какое отношение имел Ленин к реформам азербайджанского, да и русского алфавитов-обе реформы были разработаны задолго до прохода большевиков к власти. Кстати и первые шаги по введению тоже были сделаны до большевиков. Как раз в советское время дважды менялся алфавит(именно в со знаком минус-не чтоб читали, а чтоб не читали), если не считать частичных изменений... Очень хорошая борьба с неграмотностью. У меня до сих пор в глазах-когда за ночь на почте Баксовета поменяли надписи: стоят толпа пришедшая за пенсиями и т.д., двое турецких студентов читают, а две наших ханум переводят, потом везде под бронзовой чеканкой налепили листики из школьной тетрадки с безграмотными переводами на русский, но народ хоть как-то сорентировали...вот уж грамотные стали! Кстати если вы о подготовке специалистов, то об этом заботились все же наши "отцы народа" от Нариманова (даже Тагиева) до Алиева, каждый на уровне своего понимания (каждый из нас множит многое добавит к этому-стати не мешало бы тему открыть и просто вспомнить всех кто помогал своему народу), но все же по зову сердца... и кто бы не стоял свои бы о своих и заботились!

Никак бы не получилось-кроме уже избитого аргумента, что у евреев никогда не было цели образовать государства на тер. , где они жили с немцами-все-таки немцы были убиты не евреями и Израиль не участвовал в войне, даже в ее конце. Армения участвовала, и те же лидеры, что участвовали в партизанской войне в Турции, занимали в разное время разные государственные и военные посты... :( Ну давайте представим еврейских маузеристов в Бремене или в немецком городке Пруссии расстреливающих хотя бы только мужское население немцев?
