This project aims to create a model for Azerbaijan’s sustainable development while researching its competitive advantage. It takes the year 2025 as a benchmark when country’s major oil resources are expected to deplete. We plan to develop various scenarios attempting to examine the strategy which will shape Azerbaijan of that time. Scenarios considered as outcome of the project may be utilized for academic discussion and/or policy application. Framework of the project includes, but is not limited to, five major fields of study that are considered vital for strategy formulation and building competitive advantage.
