Main Purpose of Job
Lead 360 Consumer & Trade Activation of companies global brands addressing customer/ shopper and user (C/S/U) needs on local (GBA) level within the global/ regional brand framework
Sub brand/segment and coordination of specific sector projects on a national level
Responsibility for activating and solving issues for the category within the given GBA territory
Create winning commercial plans to support sales & marketing objectives in a specific GBA on a rolling quarter basis
Initiate ideas/ proposals on cross-category synergies targeted to achieve overall company results
Initiative post evaluation & actively share Best Practices
Discuss / align plans at monthly planning meetings
Direct support to Sales in negotiations and customer plans
Strategic leverage of local insights/characteristics as part of commercial plans
Alliances with local icons / partners in order to increase bonding with local population
Drive identification of high affinity local media/advertising opportunities to at lower cost vs. national media
Identification and active participation in regional festivities and celebrations creating higher bonding with C/ S/ U
Rapidly communicate any business needs for any A&P, trade budget reallocation
Constant competitive monitoring and updating for better decision making
Ensure active participation /coordination with supporting functions i.e. Supply Chain, Finance, Legal etc.
Responsibility for assigned sub-brands and specific branding tasks (i.e. loyalty plans, sampling initiatives, POME) on a country level
Develop & coordinate country level plans with peers requesting feedback before final proposals
Work within the global/ regional brand frameworks while activating the brands in a relevant way according to local insights and peculiarities
Develop specific action plans aligned with the business strategy, investment budgets and suitable cost/ benefit analysis
Education: Higher education
Desirable experience (industry, position etc.):
3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales/ Trade or Brand Marketing within well known multinational or/ and local FMCG company
Experience with research methods/advertising agencies/ media planning
Languages knowledge: Fluent English is must
