Requirements:

- Bachelors degree, preferably in civil engineering, sectoral economics, regional planning or similar field of study with strong English and PC skills.

- Masters degree a plus.

- Strong command of the English language.

- 5+ years writing in IFA proposals, proposal experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Analyze RFPs and assist in development of win themes and technical approach. Develop proposal outline, compliance matrix, and proposal schedule as necessary.

Write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, past performance/qualification summaries and technical approach.

As necessary, review and rewrite proposal inputs form sub-contractors and contributing colleagues from overseas offices to ensure that proposal presents a single convincing voice. Coordinate with technical and/or management personnel to ensure accuracy of proposal. Copy edıt proposals and related documents for completeness and compliance with editorial standards and for proposal formatting/composition
