BSS Baku Core engineer

Requirements:

Higher education (telecommunication, radio engineering or electro engineering

At least 3 - 5 years experience in telecommunication sphere

Work experience with special telecommunication application programs;

Excellent knowledge MS office, Adobe Acrobat

English (intermediate), Azeri (fluent) and Russian (good)

Military service

Roles & Responsibilities

· BSS core network maintenance, ensure all BSS core NE availability in predefined time frames;

· 2G BSS core network professional and in time acceptance/integration and handover into operation stage;

· 2G and 3G sites integration to BSS (based on rollout progress);

· 3G BSS core network professional and in time acceptance/integration and handover into operation stage;

· Report on regular base about BSS KPI values;

· Monitor signaling/traffic trunk utilization, make advanced expansion;

· Support all need technical parameters – call setup/handover/call drop and so on values in predefined threshold values

BSS Nakhchivan Core engineer

IT and Billing / Network Administrator

Requirements:

Higher education (technical)

At least 5 years experience in IT field, 3 years in Networking

Excellent knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies Knowledge in installing, tuning and operation maintenance of Cisco (switch, router, firewall) and RAD (multiplexer, modem) equipments

MPLS skills is a plus

English (technical upper - intermediate), Azeri (fluent) and Russian (good)

Military service

Driving license

Roles & Responsibilities

· Installing, tuning and maintenance of Active and Passive Network Equipment;

· Installing, tuning and operation maintenance of Cisco (switch, router, firewall) and RAD (multiplexer, modem) equipments;

· Troubleshooting of problems on network level;

· Configuring and monitoring IT infrastructure elements via monitoring system

· Analysis of network load and traffic optimization;

· Installing and documenting a new systems including hardware and software systems

· Participate in the development, delivery and supporting of new IT infrastructure, tools and technologies;

· To carry out duties according IT policy and procedures;

· To bear material responsibility for the equipment in IT operation and warehouse;

· To travel to company premises in order to support IT operation;

· Providing Network security
