My client is a large energy company, one of the most highly respected on the market, which offers training, career progression and highly competitive salary and benefits.

They are now looking for an experienced Logistics and Subsea Operations Site H&S Advisor to work in Azerbaijan – Please note this role is only open to candidates holding Azerbaijani citizenship. The Logistics and Subsea Operations H&S Advisor is a site based role reporting to Logistics and Subsea Operations H&S Team Leader but supervised and supported on a daily basis by a Senior H&S Advisor

Key responsibilities will include:

- Advise and support the management and other site personnel in meeting HSE Policies, Standards, Practices and Guidelines and legal requirements.

- Participate in, and conduct periodic reviews of Risk Assessments to ensure that all HSE hazards are identified and adequately addressed.

- Monitor maintenance standards, integrity and certification for fire fighting, life saving and all other safety critical equipment as part of regular inspection and audit programme.

- Conduct accompanied PTW and SOC audits.

- Conduct HSE inspections to verify that ongoing work sites are safe and compliant.

- As directed by team leader, contribute to the maintenance and development of AzSPU HSE Management System documents by reviewing to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and provide adequate safeguards.

Essential criteria:

- Degree in Technical Disciplines.

- Min 2 years HSE (Health Safety Environment) experience.

- Azerbaijan citizenship.
